Possession: a Firebrand
Wyrd: ⚫ ⚪ ⚪ ⚪ ⚪
APPEARANCE

Starting from the hilt and moving up: metal-lined "shoes" and long black pants with red trim to them, held up by a metal diamond-shaped buckle embedded with a yellow gem. The belts twist around his legs, they are still pointless and decorative but I guess his Keeper liked the design.
The pants are removable... technically. The belt attached to them is literally bolted through his abdomen at the buckle. It's not painful at all, it's just there. You wouldn't want your sword's hilt falling off, after all.
Past the waist it starts getting weird. His body is made entirely of solid steel, black and silver. To compare it with the image of the sword: the black parts on the sides near the hilt cover his own sides from below the arms to the waist, and the large black diamond covers the space from his abs up to his collarbone. His entire head is also made of the black material, and his hair has a bit of an edge to it. His hair is short and straight, too weighed down to keep its usual mess of spikes, with a rough texture almost like charcoal. But that's okay, because he can set his head on fire and that's basically the same thing as having spiky red hair. His eyes still have their normal deep red colour, though they have a faint ember-like glow to them.
The rest of his upper body is made up of the silver-coloured metal, which is laid slightly raised from the rest. His arms are flat and elongated by a small degree, just barely enough to be noticeable. They're basically flexible arm-shaped blades. His fingers are flat and squared off at the ends, but both edges of his arms and fingers are as sharp as the sword he represents.
ABILITIES
His arms are literally made of swords, they're sharp as hell and he'll never be able to hug anyone ever again. He needs to maintain them to keep them that way, but still. Sword arms.
He can set himself on fire due to the fact that he's a firebrand and not just a regular old (changeling) sword. Flames can only be applied to his arms (or the blade of the sword) and he doesn't retain any extra control over it like he would as a Rune Slayer or a Magic Knight. So, no throwing fireballs or summoning phoenixes or anything super cool like that, just flaming sword arms.
He is not particularly amazing with either of these abilities, due to the fact that he is embodying "a sword that controls fire" rather than "a sword" or "a fire". Basically, he's a true hybrid class through and through. He is naturally resistant to heat and fire, as a bonus, but he needs to exert willpower and energy to be on fire and thus can't do it all the time. He can make a hot enough flame to badly burn someone, but only in bursts and with concentrated effort. He can also siphon fire from other sources and add it to his own as long as he's in direct contact with the source (ie. sticking his hand in another fire). If that source happens to be another changeling that also happens to be pyrokinetic in some way, however, his control tends to be far too weak to compete. Freerange fire is a more reliable method.
His bladed arms are harder to damage, due to the fact that they're used to cut things, but for the most part his steel skin isn't actually any tougher than regular human skin. The literal sword part of him reflects this as well and is somewhat on the fragile side in terms of weapon durability.
MISCELLANEOUS
He's capable of perceiving things around him in his possession form mainly through vibrations, movement and heat—basically, anything that can affect him physically. He is always aware of contact with his body, and can detect sources of heat (such as people) if they're very close by. For the most part, his sense of perception is extremely limited. He cannot see or hear, since swords don't have eyes or ears, but he can "see" blurry reflects on his surface and "hear" sounds and voices as vibrations. This doesn't mean he can make any sense of such things, but if there is a lot of movement or noise in his vicinity he'll be able to notice it.
His body is made entirely of metal. The silver metal that makes up his arms and most of his chest and back is about as strong and durable as his sword form. It is still possible to damage and crack with the right amount of force, but it's still much stronger than human skin. The black parts of his body are made of a much softer metal that is only slightly more resilient than human skin.
His fire is produced by superheating his metal skin. However, unlike the other fire changelings such as the hearth and the forge, dousing his flames won't hurt him thanks to the fact that metal isn't water-absorbent. Doing so will gradually weaken him, however. Exposure to cold is more effective to stifling his flames than simply dousing them, as he has to keep increasing his body temperature to keep back the cold. He's designed to produce heat and fire, but not in very large amounts or for long periods of time. In water, he can still heat himself for as long as he has the strength to, though he obviously can't produce any actual fire when submerged.
His "blood" is molten metal, kept hot by a small furnace at his core that functions as a heart. This is also why straining him with low temperatures can be dangerous—if his blood gets too cold, it'll start to harden. On the bright side, his liquid metal blood has a very low melting point, so he doesn't have to keep his entire body superheated at all times. Vital areas inside the body, especially his chest, are about equal in temperature to what actual liquid iron would need (and sometimes hotter), while the blood in areas of the body further from the heart are a much lower temperature that's just barely warm enough to make prolonged contact with skin uncomfortable. In short: he can't set things on fire by bleeding on them, unless it's some kind of fatal injury (bad idea).
Every other liquid in his body is also some kind of liquefied metal, shockingly enough, and follows the same general rules as with his blood.
His hands are kind of useless for anything except cutting things. No one will ever be blessed with his flawless penmanship ever again and he will never know the joys of handshakes or hugs.
